Nouvelles Frontières Senegal is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided to it and to using such information solely within the scope of its business activities. Information that is publicly available shall not be considered confidential. However, Nouvelles Frontières Senegal reserves the right to disclose the content of confidential documents if required to do so by a judicial or administrative authority.

4. Recipients and Data Transfers
Senegalese law restricts the transfer of data outside the country without prior approval.
- Recipients: One subcontractor (the website hosting provider) and one data processor (the NFS sales team)
- Cross-border transfer clause: Data of Senegalese citizens is hosted in Senegal by the website hosting provider
5. Data Retention Period
Data is not stored indefinitely.
- Clients: Retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with our legal tax obligation (10 years)
- Prospects: Deleted after a period of 3 years of inactivity
