Information that is publicly available shall not be considered confidential. However, Nouvelles Frontières Senegal reserves the right to disclose the content of confidential documents if required to do so by a judicial or administrative authority.

4. Recipients and Data Transfers
Senegalese law restricts the transfer of data outside the country without prior approval.
- Recipients: One subcontractor (the website hosting provider) and one data processor (the NFS sales team)
- Cross-border transfer clause: Data of Senegalese citizens is hosted in Senegal by the website hosting provider
5. Data Retention Period
Data is not stored indefinitely.
- Clients: Retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with our legal tax obligation (10 years)
- Prospects: Deleted after a period of 3 years of inactivity
